People leave. The files stay.
When a designer, photographer or editor leaves, the team's files shouldn't leave with their account. Client files, finished projects and source files go into the team's shared vault, where they belong to the team, not to whoever uploaded them. 5 TB is NT$5,990 (about US$184), paid once, for up to 10 members at no extra cost, and downloads are free and unlimited.
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked; for a team purchase, first take the capacity back from your teams (details in Terms §10).
Charged in New Taiwan dollars (NT$). US$ amounts are approximate; your card issuer converts the charge and may add a foreign transaction fee. Run by 千一商行, a business registered in Taiwan (tax ID 60158042).
Who it's for
Design firms
Every client's source files in one place, still there after the designer who made them moves on.
Photo teams
Every photographer's shoots are kept under the team, so when a client asks for old photos, you don't have to track down whoever shot them.
Small offices
Scanned records and closed cases, with one more copy outside the office.
Video studios
Raw footage and masters stay with the studio when editors change.
Where the team's old files live now
A NAS that's full
It was bought for active work. Now it's mostly finished projects, and the next upgrade is another round of drives.
A former colleague's personal cloud account
The files live in one person's own account. When they leave, the login leaves with them.
Files belong to the team
- Removing a member doesn't take their files with them
- A member can't permanently delete the team's files: what they delete goes to the trash, the owner can restore it for 30 days, and only the owner can archive or delete permanently
- Keep a client's project or internal documents to the people who need them: you can restrict any folder so that, within the team, only the owner and the members you list can see it, each member able to edit or only view and download. A folder inside a restricted folder can have its own list; everything follows the nearest restricted folder above it.
5 TB for ten people: about NT$599 (about US$18) each, paid once.
5 TB is NT$5,990 (about US$184) for up to 10 members, and adding people costs nothing: about NT$998 (about US$31) each for six people, about NT$599 (about US$18) each for ten. There's nothing to renew.
Per-seat plans charge for every person on the team, for as long as you subscribe: six people pay for six seats, and one more person adds another. Their storage usually grows with each seat, and they usually include a sync app, previews and collaboration tools; bkpdrive's space doesn't grow with the team, it only stores files, uploaded in the browser and opened after download. How per-seat plans charge and how their storage grows, as checked on 2026-10-21.

How a team starts
- Buy 5 TB or 10 TB once; the space goes into a pool you manage.
- Open a team, give it the space it needs in 100 GB steps, and invite members with a link you send them yourself, which you can limit to one email address.
- Drag folders in, and send files to clients with share links that can have a password.
What to know before you move in
- Deleted files stay in the trash for 30 days, then move out of the trash and can't be downloaded for now.
- Lifetime means for as long as bkpdrive operates, and downloads are free and unlimited. Terms §10 sets out the protections that come with a lifetime plan, including advance notice and downloads kept open so you can retrieve your files.
- Files can't be previewed on the site. Members download a file to open it.
- There's no sync app. Files are uploaded in the browser; keep the tab open while they upload, and large uploads can resume if interrupted.
- Single files in a team space can be up to 100 GB.
If your team edits the same files together every day and needs a sync app, a collaboration plan suits you better; this is for finished work you need to keep.
Make us the copy that isn't in your office.
Put one finished project in, download it and compare it with your original, then decide.
Every account has 100 GB free, so before you buy a team plan you can use your own account to check that you get back the exact files you uploaded. 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked; for a team purchase, first take the capacity back from your teams (details in Terms §10).
