Pay once. Own it for life.
For people whose photos, videos and work files keep growing, and who don't want another monthly bill: buy the space once. It stays yours for as long as bkpdrive operates, with nothing more to pay for it, and downloads are free and unlimited. Terms §10 sets out the protections that come with a lifetime plan, including advance notice and downloads kept open so you can retrieve your files. Size it by what you keep, not by months: every account starts with 100 GB free, so you can upload your own files, download them back and compare them with your originals before you buy.

A typical 2 TB subscription costs about NT$3,300 (about US$100) a year, every year; 2000 GB here is NT$2,490 (about US$76), paid once. Subscriptions usually include automatic sync, photo and video previews and sharing the space with family, and some bundle other services; bkpdrive has none of these, so it suits files you keep but rarely open.Subscription price: a typical yearly price for a 2 TB consumer cloud plan, checked 2026-10-22.

People leave. The files stay.
For studios and small teams where people come and go, such as design firms, photo teams, small offices and video studios. Files go into the team's shared vault and belong to the team, so they stay when someone leaves. Up to 10 people share the space with no per-seat fee: 5 TB is about NT$599 (about US$18) each for ten people, or about NT$998 (about US$31) for six, paid once.

- Dividing the space
- You decide. Team capacity you buy goes into your team capacity pool first; give each team what it needs in 100 GB steps, take back space a team isn't using and give it to another, and deleting an emptied team returns its whole capacity to the pool.
- Team use only
- Team capacity can only be allocated to teams you create. It is not personal storage: it never adds to your own account's space, and it cannot be gifted to another account (capacity from the personal plans can).
- Members and access
- Up to 10 members per team, with no per-seat fee. Members can see and download every file outside restricted folders; unless they are set to view and download only, they can also upload to the team and move files to the trash. Within the team, a restricted folder is visible only to the owner and the members on its list. Only the team owner can archive or permanently delete. Files belong to the team, not to the member who uploaded them.
- Refunds
- The same 30-day, no-questions-asked refund as the personal plans. Before a team purchase can be refunded, its capacity has to be back in your pool: reclaim it from each team first, and if a team's files, including those in its trash, are using that space, move them to the team's archive or delete them permanently before reclaiming (archived files can't be downloaded or restored for now). Details in Terms §10.
Lifetime plan FAQ
What does "lifetime" mean?
A lifetime purchase stays effective for the operating life of the Service, that is, for as long as bkpdrive operates, with no further charges. That is how Terms §10 defines it.
Can I add more later?
Yes. Purchases stack: each personal plan adds its capacity on top of what your account already has, and each team plan adds to your team capacity pool.
How do I pay?
By credit card. Prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and include applicable taxes. US$ figures are approximate and updated daily; your card is charged in NT$.
What if my card was issued outside Taiwan?
You are charged in NT$; your card issuer converts the amount into your own currency and may add a foreign transaction fee. If the payment doesn't go through, email contact@bkpdrive.com. The checkout page is in Traditional Chinese.
When is the capacity added?
Once our payment provider confirms the payment, capacity is usually added to your account automatically. If you don't see it, email contact@bkpdrive.com.
Do I get an invoice?
After payment we issue a Taiwan e-invoice (統一發票) and email it to the address you entered at checkout. If you need your company's tax ID on it, email contact@bkpdrive.com within 7 days of purchase with the company name and tax ID.
What is the refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of payment you can get a full refund, no questions asked, processed within 14 business days of your request. To request one, open the Capacity page in the app, find the purchase under Purchases and choose Request refund, or email contact@bkpdrive.com. If your usage exceeds the capacity that would remain after the refund, first free up the difference by moving files to the archive or deleting them permanently (the trash still counts toward storage; archived files don't count and are kept, but they can't be downloaded or restored for now, so download anything you need first; a refund never destroys your files). If any capacity from a purchase has been gifted to another account and the gift has been accepted, that purchase can no longer be refunded. A gift that hasn't been accepted yet can be cancelled first, and the purchase then stays refundable. Details in Terms §10.
Do I get back the exact file?
Yes. Whether it's a RAW photo, a PSD or a video master, what you download is the exact file you uploaded.
Will you switch to a subscription?
Everything we sell today is a one-time purchase. If we ever add a monthly option, what you've already bought stays exactly as it is.
Who runs bkpdrive?
bkpdrive is run by 千一商行, a business registered in Taiwan, tax ID (統一編號) 60158042. For questions about a purchase or anything else, write to contact@bkpdrive.com.
